Thanks for purchasing our products at ZZoutlet.com

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase.

The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. The product must contain everything it came with such as manuals and accessories.
Please note that: We don’t do free return. You have to pay for shipping

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@zzoutlet.com

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@zzoutlet.com and send your item to: 1658 Coastal Highway, Lewes, DELAWARE 19958

Cancellations
As a customer you can cancel your order within 1 hour of ordering your product. After 1 hour passed you can not cancel your order because the product will already be proceeded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and image. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
